Michael Sugg founded Sovereign Services with the idea of providing small and medium sized businesses with an IT solution that will protect their investments and business without the need to have an onsite IT support staff. Michael has spent 20 years in IT systems implementing and improving service performance and availability while protecting services through effective security and risk mitigation procedures. Some of these protection mechanisms include implementing disaster recovery systems and PCI and SOX IT controls and compliance.
